Tammie VanMilligen, 50, of Utica, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019. She was born March 14, 1969 to the late Judy Carol VanMilligen. She loved pets especially her cats.
Tammie is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Carol VanMillgen. She is survived by her father, Cornelius VanMillgen and her husband, Cristoval Cruz Ramirez.
Private burial will take place at a later date.
