
Lucille was born and raised in Leitchfield, Kentucky and lived there most of her life. It was where she considered home. She was a devoted wife and homemaker, loved her family and her church. She loved gardening and cooking and was a talented seamstress. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted Christian and always lived by her faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Granville. She was also preceded in death by five brothers and sisters: Iva, Myrtle, Virginia, Curtis, and Willard and one great grandson.
She is survived by two children, a son, Don (Rita) of Owensboro, Kentucky and a daughter, Carol of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Cessili, Devin and Taylor and five great grandchildren Zach, Jorden, Ethan, Colton and River.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 12th 2020 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday.
