Chad Perkins, of Owensboro, passed away January 9, 2021. He was born March 3, 1972 in Taylor County, Ky. Chad worked as a Laborer at Apex Renovations and was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Perkins and grandmother, Jesse Perkins.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal Perkins; children, Carter Rice, Sumer Perkins and Devon Perkins; daughter-in-law, Rachel Rice; grandson, Wyatt Rice; brothers Jackie Abston and Timmy Abston and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
