Regina Carol Howard 65, of Louisville, Ky. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Ella Dunn, as well as one grandchild Ryan Matthew Musser. Survivors include a daughter Tracy Rogers and a son James Tyrone Howard Jr. both of Louisville Kentucky. A brother Kenneth E. Dunn and Jacque Dunn of Louisville Kentucky. A sister Rita Douglas of Owensboro Kentucky. One niece Jennifer Moorman , 2 nephews Kevin Dunn of Owensboro KY and Jason Dunn of Louisville Ky, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren . A memorial service will take place at 4:00 pm Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
