• Lawrence D. Dowell, 52, of the 400 block of Center Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jackie Gish, 56, of the 4000 block of Meadowlark Drive, was charged Thursday with first-degree strangulation.
• Keenan Ray Harris, 30, of the 3000 block of Old Hartford Road, was charged Thursday with first-degree strangulation.
