• Heather Marie Goatee, 48, of the 1600 block of Pawnee Place was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Atrol Gunter Krause, 42, of the 1600 block of W. 4th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Rebecca Burden, 30, of the 4000 block of Town Square Court, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
