• Paul R. Dillon, 44, of the 700 block of Sycamore Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Teresa Michele Mahurin, 53, of the 2000 block of Windy Ridge Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
