• Clifford G. Nutter, 59, of the 1100 block of Cedar Street, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary.
• Jason S. Hickey, 51, of the 200 block of Castlen Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.
• Michael D. Bell, 46, of the 2000 block of Jim Clark in New Haven, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
