Todd A. Hazelrigg, 40, of the 2900 block of McAlister Pl. was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree criminal mischief.
Robert C. Hines, 46, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
