• Joseph McGovern, 57, of the 200 block of Lakewood Drive, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Daniel Louis Young, 49, of the 1000 block of Allen Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Marc Thomas Johnsen, 47, of the 2000 block of W. Surrey Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Robert Joyce, 46, of the 1000 block of Alexander Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree strangulation.
