• Ronnie R. Vickers, 41, of the 3800 block of Shelly Drive was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Luis Castillo, 21, of the 6500 block of Todd Bridge Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Pascual Marquirez Lucas, 35, of the 600 block of Walnut Street was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
