• Melanie Miller, 59, of the 1000 block of Venable Avenue, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Leonard Melton, 44, of the 1000 block of W. 4th Street, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
