• Douglas Masterson, 45, of the 2000 block of Bent Grass Point, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Robert Fleming, 40, of the 1000 block of Jackson Street, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Gary Duncan, 37, of the 600 block of Dornell Street, was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
