• Donna Mckenzie, 54, address unknown, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Carlos C. Howell, 46, of the 500 block of Wing Avenue, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• A juvenile was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary.
