• James Hamilton, 41, of the 2100 block of W. 6th Street was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Ecatrina Robertson, 32, of the 400 block of Sutton Lane, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Randall L. Babb Sr., 58, of the 2600 block of West 5th Street, was charged Sunday with second-degree fleeing and evading police (on foot), and third-degree trespassing.
• Gallegos R. Ortiz, 39, of the 1100 block of Jackson Street, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), and drug paraphernalia (buy/possess).
