• Jennifer Joy Fontain, 54, of the 2000 block of Keenland Parkway, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Benjamin Dickens, 29, of the 4600 block of Town Square Court #1, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury and second-degree criminal mischief.
• Nicholas B. Bradford-Ditcharo, 44, of the 1000 block of W 7th Street, was charged Saturday with public intoxication (controlled substance), possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ginger Gay Gilford, 53, of the 300 block of Hale Avenue #24B, was charged Saturday with public intoxication (controlled substance) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (unspecified drug).
• Bradley Wheatley, 39, of the 1800 block of Fayette Drive, was charged Saturday with public intoxication (controlled substance), third-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
• Ashley Elaine Millay, 41, of the 100 block of E 25th Street, was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary.
