• Amanda Scot Alvey, 49, of the 1000 block of W. 4th Street, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Alejandro Avila, 34, of the 2000 block of Jackson Avenue was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
