• Kevin E. Rhineburger, 39, of the 2000 block of W. 3rd Street, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Leah Faith Bowlds, 21, of Hawesville, Ky., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Mark Adams, 54, of the 1000 block of E. 10th Street was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
