Owensboro Police Department
• William E. Allen, 22, homeless, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary.
• Victor Jose Sheriff, 50, of Owensboro, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, illegal possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), disorderly conduct and assault on a correctional employee.
