Kelly A. Smith, 57, of the 100 block of Gilmore Ct. was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Darryl Walters, 19, of the 700 block of Hall St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree fleeing or evading police and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Clifford D. Edge, 41, of the 400 block of E. 4th St. was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lorne Isbill, 33, of the 8400 block of Jack Hinton Rd. was charged Friday with first-degree criminal mischief.
