• Heather Russelburg, 35, of the 900 block of Parkway Drive S., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
• Chelsea Lea Yewell, 37, of the 6000 block of Brookstone Place, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
• Maxwell Devins, 29, of the 2000 block of Reigh Count Drive, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
