• Jose Luis Vega-Baez, 26, was charged Wednesday with possession of burglary tools, second-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jacob Haley, 38, of the 300 block of Clay Street was charged Wednesday with fleeing/evading police (on foot), third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
