• Amanda Ixmatlahua-Citlahaua, 32, of no known address, was charged Wednesday with assault third-degree of a police or probation officer, assault of a peace officer with non-communicable bodily fluid, and resisting arrest.
• James Ray Sanderfur, 52, of 19 Dixiana Ct, was charged Wednesday with first-degree strangulation.
