• Troy A. Rafferty, 22, of the 10300 block of Possum Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and second-degree burglary.
• Jarrod Michael Austill, 40, of the 200 block of Heartwood Court was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (LSD).
