Owensboro Police Department
• Marshall C. Griffith, 27, of 817 Clay Street, was charged Wednesday with aggravated trafficking in a controlled substance (28 grams or more of fentanyl), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor, and tampering with physical evidence.
• Gary F. Duncan, 37, of 614 Dornell St, was charged Thursday with strangulation 1st degree (domestic violence related) and theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building.
