• Tiffany A. Key, 28, of the 1700 block of McConnell Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Stephen P. Farley, 58, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd Street was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Lori Anne Ashby, 58, of the 1400 block of Jackson Street was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• James Porche, 49, of Illinois, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
•Krystal Ann Marie Reyes, 29, of Livermore was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
