• Raul Roblero, 35, of the 1000 block of Carter Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Russell Henry, 55, of the 200 block of Wallace Street, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Shaquarron Shawntez Finch, 48, of the 700 block of Hathaway Street, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Jamie Noah McGehee, 38, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
