Daniel A. Britton, 41, of the 700 block of Clay St. was charged Monday with a complaint warrant for first-degree fleeing/evading police (motor vehicle) and first-degree wanton endangerment.
Jazzman D. Warren, 34, of the 1900 block of McFarland Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael A. Green, 40, of the 1900 block of McFarland Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Jose A. Sion Estrada, 27, of Charlotte, NC was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief and menacing.
Shawn A. Cook, 17, of the 600 block of Dalton St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
Justin T. Puckett, 28, of the 2900 block of Legion Park Dr. was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
