• Tracey L. Humphrey, 49, homeless, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary.
• Terrence Phillips, 40, of the 1200 block of Werner Avenue was charged Monday with leaving the scene of an accient, driving on a DUI suspended license and failure to render assistance.
• Sharela Williams, 27, of the 800 block of W. 5th Street was charged Monday with third-degree sexual abuse.
