• Lucas Willloughby, 19, from Hartford KY, was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an accident- failure to render aid or assistance.
• Jaquaria Crawford, 21, from the 3500 block of Christie Place was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
• Kyran Riley, 28, from the 300 block of East 7th Street was charged Tuesday with fraudulent firearm transaction and violation of a KY EPO.
