• Phillip Fulkerson, 50, of the 1200 block of Pearl Street was charged Tuesday with third-degree sexual abuse and prostitution (solicitation).
• Jacob Haley, 38, of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Roger Ian Hill, 19, of the 1700 block of Hughes Avenue was charged Tuesday with possession of synthetic drugs and second-degree assault.
