Owensboro Police Department
• John R. Williams, 56, of the 1200 block of W. 12th Street was charged Tuesday with drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a controlled substance (meth), and possession of marijuana.
• Anthony Sumner, 33, of the 2200 block of Reid Road was charged Wednesday with 4th degree assault and 3rd degree terroristic threatening.
