Laura Willoughby Madrid, 38, of the 2200 block of W. 10th Street was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
Melissa Dawn Calloway, 43, of the 6800 block of State Route 2830 was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting under $500 and tampering with physical evidence.
Jaylon Hayden, 19, of the 3900 block of Carpenter Drive was charged Tuesday with a warrant for non-payment of fines and court costs. Hayden was also charged with giving a police officer false identifying information, third-degree assault, and third-degree terroristic threatening.
