Food Service Inspections
These food services were inspected by the Green River District Health Department from April 9 through April 17. The following are letter-grade definitions:
A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.
B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.
C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.
No Grade — Establishment sells prepackaged foods only and does not receive a letter grade.

- Huck’s, 2245 Ragu Drive, food: (85), retail: (90), April 3. Grade C. Critical violations: personal drinks without lid and straw in use on prep surface; personal cell phone stored on prep surface; outdated sandwiches for sale in retail cooler. During a follow-up inspection, the violations were corrected, food: (97), retail: (100) April 12. Grade B due to failing more than 2 consecutive regular inspections.
