A traffic accident injured one person on Thursday at 9:53 a.m. Chad W. Ayer, 51, of the 100 block of Boothfield Rd. and Mindy M. Mayes, 36, of the 300 block of Orchard St. were driving in the accident. Mayes’ passenger, Guadalupe J. Dare, 42, of the 300 block of Orchard St. was injured in the accident and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A first-degree rape was reported Thursday on Marlboro Dr.
In the 1200 block of Breckenridge St. on Thursday, a first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported.
