A second-degree assault was reported Wednesday in the 1000 block of W. 2nd St.
In the 2200 block of New Hartford Rd. on Wednesday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Contents were reported stolen at an estimated value of $6,794.
