A traffic accident occurred Saturday at the corner of Bon Harbor Hills and US 60 at 4:34 p.m. Drivers Morgan Coppage, 16, of the 2600 block of McMahan Dr. and Robyn M. Rone, 41, of the 1600 block of N. KY 279 were driving in the accident. Coppage and two passengers–Justin Asworth, 36, of the 1300 block of Meadowlane Dr. and Olivia D. Horn, 17, of the 1300 block of Baker Ln. were injured in the accident. All three were transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident occurred Monday in the 3100 block of Burlew Blvd. at 3:11 p.m. Dustin E. Hosmer, 22, of the 1600 block of Mayo Ave. and Sharon M. Castle, 76, of the 5100 block of Windy Hollow Rd. were driving in the wreck. Hosmer’s passenger–Bethany Wood, 19, of the 300 block of Cardinal Dr. was injured in the accident and transported to OHRH for treatment.
A traffic accident occurred Monday at the corner of E. 14th St. and Bolivar St. at 9:50 p.m. Elizabeth P. Hyland, 18, of the 20 block of Stone Creek Park and Jennifer L. Askins, 31, of the 1700 block of Monarch Ave. were driving in the accident. Three of Askins’ passengers were injured. Robert A. Askins, 32, of the 1700 block of Monarch Ave., Serinity Askins, 18, of the 1700 block of Monarch Ave. and Chloe Askins, 10, of the 1700 block of Monarch Ave. were injured in the accident. All three were transported to OHRH for their injuries.
At the corner of Lewis Ln. and Crescent Ave. on Tuesday, a traffic accident was reported at 10 p.m. Lawrence F. Higdon, 42, of the 1900 block of Fleming Ave. and Mary A. Rafferty, 50, of the 5600 block of State Route 56 were driving in the wreck. Higdon and Rafferty were both injured in the accident and transported to OHRH for their injuries.
A second-degree burglary was reported Thursday in the 2500 block of Arbor Terrace. Nothing was reported stolen.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $500 or more and under $10,000 and a violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO were reported Monday on Center St. A 2004 Pontiac Grand Am was reported stolen at an estimated value of $8,000.
