Owensboro Police Department
• A shooting was reported Tuesday leaving damage to a home from the 900 block of East 5th Street. The individual was charged with assault 2nd-degree, criminal mischief first-degree, wanton endangerment first-degree, and tampering with physical evidence.
• A strangulation was reported from the 1300 block of Booth Avenue on Tuesday.
