A traffic accident occurred Saturday at the corner of J.R. Miller Blvd and E. 5th St. at 11:39 p.m. Drivers involved in the wreck included Tyler A. Wilcox, 26, of the 1400 block of Benton Ave., Caleb E. Jackson, 17, of the 1000 block of Carter Rd. and Amanda K. Pappas, 16, of the 300 block of E. 21st St. Jackson and Pappas were injured in the wreck and transported to OHRH for treatment.

A traffic accident occurred Saturday at the corner of W. 4th St. and Locust St. at 10:35 a.m. Christine R. Woodhouse, 38, of the 3200 block of E. Sherman St. and Rachelle R. Weis, 50, of the 400 block of W. Highland Ave. were driving. Weis was injured and transported to OHRH for treatment.

A third-degree burglary was reported Saturday at the 4500 block of Frederica St. A power washer and a red power blower were reported stolen at an estimated value of $500.

At the 1800 block of Triplett St. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a controlled substance under $10,000 and a theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building under $500 were reported. The total approximate value of the drugs stolen was $101.

At the 1200 block of W. 5th St. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000 and a receiving stolen property under $10,000 were reported. A 2005 Chrysler Town & Country was reported stolen at an estimated value of $3,500.

On Saturday, a second-degree burglary was reported at the 2400 block of Quarry Pl. Oxycodone, a silver Fossil watch, and Power Beats headphones were reported stolen at an estimated value of $320.

At the 1600 block of Breckenridge St. on Saturday, a theft of legend drugs first offense at a value under $300 was reported.

At the 3100 block of W. 2nd St. on Saturday, a second-degree assault was reported.
