Tony A. Rose, 50, of the 2000 block of W. 1st St. was charged Saturday with a warrant for third-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, alcohol intoxication and second-degree disorderly conduct.

 

Brian A. Rivas, 26, of the 1700 block of Edenside Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances; first offense).

 

Jeffrey M. Royer, 58, of the 1200 block of Venable Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

 

Lesa Schultz, 44, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs.

 

Nicholas T. Mattingly, 25, of the 600 block of Plum St. was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting under $500 and tampering with physical evidence.

Maurice E. Hamilton, 50, of the 2100 block of Tamarack Rd. was charged Saturday with giving an officer false identifying information, second-degree fleeing/evading police on foot, resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
