Kendal L. Roberts, 23, of the 23000 block of State Route 81 was charged Wednesday with no tail light lamps, failure to maintain required insurance, trafficking marijuana (8 ounces > 5 lbs.) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Kemely, 38, homeless, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph G. Harrison, 37, of the 300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Wednesday with a complaint warrant for fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

Stacy L. Hawkins, 41, of the 7800 block of Donald Ave. was charged Thursday with tampering with physical evidence.
