Mark A. Collins, 44, of the 12000 block of Indian Hill Rd. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespassing, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., possession of synthetic drugs, and a warrant for contempt of court.
Marcedes L. Allen, 22, of the 400 block of E. 23rd St. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
Lavon C. Gibbs, 28, of the 400 block of Cedar St. was charged Thursday with a warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
