Rickie N. Foster, 34, of the 2500 block of Old Hartford Rd. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Jesus L. Zoniga, 28, of the 2900 block of McAlister Pl. was charged Friday with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
