Brian Hagan, 30, of the 600 block of Center St. was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building $500 or more and under $10,000 and third-degree criminal mischief.
Matthew Rose, 35, of the 47000 block of Becker Dr. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Kimberly Edwards, 46, of the 3000 block of Calhoun Dr. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyler Vinson, 26, of Carter Rd. was charged Monday with probation violation for a felony offense.
