James Costello, 31, of the 200 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey D. Delaney, 35, of the 6800 block of State Route 2830 was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of all others $500 or more and under $10,000. Delaney was also served with an indictment warrant for second-degree fleeing/evading police on foot, possesion of synthetic drugs (2nd or subsequent offense), resisting arrests and giving an officer false identifying information.
Michele A. Reeder, 41, of unknown residence was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and receiving stolen property under $500.
Cody A. Newton, 30, of the 900 block of Cedar St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Matthew Hart, 39, of the 400 block of Hathaway St. was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle $500 or more and under $10,000.
