Jamal Dean, 22, of the 1400 block of W. 7th St. was charged Friday with second-degree fleeing/evading police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana.

Debbie McKnought, 64, of the 5400 block of Jack Hinton Rd. was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Xavier Boone, 32, of the 1800 block of Triplett St. was charged Friday with second-degree burglary.

Lori L. Hall, 38, of Utica was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and tampering with physical evidence.

William B. Jones, 43, of the 2200 block of Boarman Dr. was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), unlawful possession of meth precursor, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), trafficking in legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather Howard, 30, of the 2200 block of Boarman Dr. was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), unlawful possession of meth precursor, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), trafficking in legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
