Jacob A. Haley, 37, of the 8400 block of State Route 456 was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
Gary L. Barker, 47, of the 3900 block of Greenfield Ln. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
