Gary R. Troutman, 37, of the 7300 block of Old Highway 81 was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. and leaving the scene of an accident — failure to render aid or assistance.
Juwan A. Cotton, 22, of the 600 block of Elm St. was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. Cotton was also charged with a warrant for third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and trafficking in marijuana.
Matthew L. Rhineburger, 28, of the 1800 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Johnathan B. Ghrist, 24, of unknown residence was charged Saturday with shoplifting, tampering with physical evidence and public intoxication.
Kenneth Ash, 28, of the 800 block of George St. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kalena Ash, 29, of the 600 block of Parrish Ave. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
