Christopher G. Rice, 40, of the 100 block of E. 18th St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary.
Tommy L. Edwards, 44, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree sexual abuse.
Lisa M. Baldwin, 45, of the 6800 block of Leslie Ln. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (opiates).
Deontae McCormick, 18, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property, wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and second-degree burglary.
