Gregory D. Ballard, 26, of the 1700 block of Lee Ct. was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and first-degree robbery.

 

Dustin R. Johnson, 37, of the 200 block of Bolivar St. was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

 

Michelle L. VanFleet, 47, of Rockport was charged Tuesday with tampering with physical evidence and theft of property mislaid.

 

Marty R. Dockery, 29, of the 2000 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card $500 or more and under $10,000 and persistent felony offender.

 

Angel R. Zuniga, 40, of the 600 block of Chuck Gray Ct. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Robert A. Powers, 53, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Tuesday with tampering with physical evidence, possession of synthetic drugs, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.

 

Damon M. Cutrell, 26, of Lewisport was charged Tuesday with theft by deception under $500, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; 2nd offense).

 

Melissa A. Smith, 42, of the 1700 block of Bluff Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in synthetic drugs, abuse or neglect of a child, endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree criminal trespassing.

 

Jeffrey D. Whitehouse, 52, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault on a police officer or probation officer, second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.

 

Bradley White, 29, of the 2200 block of Westerfield Dr. was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Victor Morton, 60, of the 200 block of Carpenter Dr. was charged Tuesday with possession of synthetic drugs (2nd offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
